Developing Your Successful Leadership Style

Leaders today face continuing challenges in the workplace. This non-vanilla session will direct you on ways to sharpen your leadership skills and leave with an individualized leadership development plan (utilizes Myers-Briggs Type Inventory/full-day).

Leadership, Motivation, and Teambuilding

This three-day program utilizes the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory and an individual development plan especially designed for each leader. Day one includes the MBTI and leadership issues. Day Two covers performance goal setting, motivation, feedback and coaching skills with an emphasis on dealing with different personality types. Day Three focuses on teambuilding with different personality types as well as mastering meeting management.
