He moved on to work for an investment subsidiary of Prudential in corporate finance with a specialty of leveraged buyouts. This position required balancing a myriad of customers and differing needs, as well as dealing with the egos and politics of attorneys, CPAs, and business executives. Eleven years ago Jerry experienced change with a jolt jumping from corporate America to starting his own consulting and training firm, ClientFocus, Inc. Since then he has delivered programs in 39 states to a wide variety of corporate and governmental audiences. Jerry delivers powerful stuff in the areas of change and innovation, leadership and management skills, motivation and teambuilding, strategic planning and customer sales and service. Whatever the program, his focus is on changing behavior for improved individual and organizational results. His presentation style is most often described as humorous, down-to-earth, highly interactive, and fast paced. His audiences can’t miss that he really loves his second career. Since 1992, Jerry has been a qualified user of the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory, the most utilized developmental tool in Corporate America today. Jerry is a member of the Association for Psychological Type (APT) and has made multiple presentations at both their regional and international conferences.
